Update : Malaysian Immigration Mobile @ Glasgow

The High Commission of Malaysia, London will be organizing the Malaysian immigration mobile services as follows:

Date : 12 November 2011 (Saturday)

Time : 9.00 a.m – 2.00 p.m

Venue : Room M201, George Moore Building
Glasgow Caledonian University
Cowcaddens Road, Glasgow G40BA

Type of services :

i. Submission of birth registration; and
ii. Submission of passport renewal and first time application for new born baby.

All Malaysian citizens with valid long term UK visa/ permanent resident status are welcome to submit their application during the mobile services.

Please ensure to submit complete application (original and photocopied as required) and provide exact cash payment for the relevant application.

Return postage special delivery envelope will be provided by the Malaysian Immigration with a charge £ 7.00. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for processing and return delivery.

Kindly be informed that passport photo and photocopy facility will not be available during the mobile services. Please ensure to provide passport photographs that meet our specification http://www.jimlondon.net/photosample.html
